Show-Me Food & Nutrition Services is a locally-owned professional consulting company based in Blue Springs, Missouri. Established in 2001, our team of Registered Dietitians are known for their professionalism and their commitment to resident-centered nutrition care. We believe very strongly that nutrition is a key component of the resident/patient’s care, recovery , and overall quality of life.

In addition to clinical nutrition consulting, we offer services that include assistance with the quality assurance/performance improvement process, mock surveys, guidance in cost control, and staff training and education. We offer a team approach to assessing problems and finding effective solutions.
